As a loyal Custumer since 1995 , I can confidently say that Aurelio’s Pizza in Homewood is a true gem! The moment you walk in,you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements their delicious food. The Pizza here is nothing short of amazing.the sauce strikes the perfect balance between tangy and savory,and the toppings are always fresh and generous. Every bite is a reminder of why I keep coming back. Whether I’m enjoying a classic pepperoni or one of their specialty pizzas, I’m never disappointed. The spacious layout of the restaurant makes it ideal for family gatherings or casual nights out with friends . The staff is always friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. If you’re in the area and craving some great Pizza, Aurelio’s is the place to be it’s been a staple in my life for decades, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Wow is this place large. It just keeps going and going. They have a picture of the pope and this exaggerated high back chair of where the current pope sat when dinning here. What’s can I say about the food? It’s Aurelio’s pizza it’s the best pizza! Breaded mushrooms are good but I would skip the wings.

The preparation for our visit was a little confusing because they don’t take reservations but they do put you in a book if you have more than 12 in your party. We did, since it was my husband’s 80th birthday. They will seat you after you have half of your party present. That didn’t take long and they soon had the table already ready for us. Danielle was our server and she took very good care of us. The food was excellent and well received. We were not rushed, and the whole party was a huge success. We’d go again, hopefully next time it’ll be for my retirement!

Excellent pizza - good structural integrity and it holds the toppings well. The pepperoni is flavored so well! It’s charred and the extra Parmesan cooked onto the pizza is so good and adds a good flavor.

There are many places to enjoy Chicago-style pizza and this place has years of experience and deliciousness that many families have grown to appreciate. The atmosphere reaps of nostalgic expectations and desires when visiting the south suburbs of Chicago. Located near the train station and downtown Homewood.

I loved Aurelio’s! I got the Sausage and Pepperoni pizza, which was delicious, and the breadsticks were honestly better than Olive Garden! Overall, this is a great place, but it might be very packed when you visit because of its new publicity from Pope Leo XIV. It’s a great place to visit if you want pizza. -Henry

We had an amazing time at Joe's Party Room (their event space within the restaurant) celebrating my dad's 80th birthday this spring!! I highly recommend hosting a party here at "the original Aurelio's"! The event staff were awesome to work with, the food and drinks totally delicious (especially the garlic bread, fettuccine alfredo, and thin-crust veggie), and the service was friendly and seamless. Prices quite reasonable for a wonderful time in Homewood!

This place is really, really cool! Very old school pizza parlor vibes. The pizza here was delicious! We ordered a sausage and garlic cooked in the old oven. Definitely request the old oven because it's better! I highly recommend this place. We will be back!
